Vehicle Restriction Policy

Effective Date: 7/11/25 Approved by: Ethnics & Compliance Department

Only the Chevron Camion 2021, Chevlon Antelope SS 1994 & Bullhorn Prancer Pursuit 2015. model is authorized for departmental use.

Standard Issue: All personnel, excluding HR, must operate the Chevron Camion 2021, Chevlon Antelope SS 1994 & Bullhorn Prancer Pursuit 2015 with the standard departmental livery.
Undercover Operations: Only HR personnel are permitted to operate the Chevron Camion 2021 in undercover configuration.

Lightbars: The installation and use of lightbars are strictly required on all marked vehicles.
Side Lights & Additional Lighting: No side lights or supplementary lighting arrangements are allowed.
Spotlights: Use of spotlights on any vehicles is prohibited.
Grapplers & Push Bars: The installation and use of grapplers are not permitted without the authorized rank, and pushbars are required on all marked vehicles.
License Plates: Vehicles must display standard, marked license plates; unmarked or concealed plates are forbidden.

Any exceptions to these restrictions require prior approval from the Assistant Attorney General or higher.

All personnel are expected to adhere strictly to these guidelines. Violations may result in disciplinary action.

This policy is approved and enforced by the Ethnics & Compliance Department.
